On Wednesday’s X Factor while critiquing Jeff Gutt's performance Simon Cowell made a tongue-in-cheek joke that hit too close to home for Demi Lovato fans.In response to Paulina Rubio's advice to Gutt to show
me that blood Simon joked She wants you to stab yourself next week.The quip seemed harmless but considering Demi Lovato's admitted problems with cutting as a youth her fans were not happy with the comment and took to Twitter demanding an apology.Will Cowell confess he was being insensitive to Demi? We're not sure but we'll tune in tonight to see what Simon says.
