Benefits of water in our life


Most of the experts have the view that our body requirement for good digestion and absorption drink two and half liter water daily. In summer and after hard exercise you may need more water.

    This requirement of water can be achieved through juices and drinks. The water in our food also fulfills this requirement to some extent. For example in 100 gram apple 84-gram water is found. In the same way drinks made of milk and soups have a good amount of water
    Our body gets 1 liter liquid from solid food and our body needs 300 ml to 500 ml liquid for the process of digestion. Tea and coffee are also a source of liquid. But don’t take more than 6 cups of tea or coffee daily because caffeine found in tea stops the absorption of minerals and Vitamins.
    Our kidney can run the system with1 liquid water. Kidney discharges the filth of body and dirty water. They also control blood pressure and avoid kidney infection. In summer or in case of tough exercise if you don’t take the appropriate amount of water you have to face dehyderation. When you feel thirsty it means you need water.If the color of urine is clear and light it means you are taking the right amount of water. But if your urine is dark yellowish you should understand that your water intake is not enough for your body. To avoid dehydration drink 1 glass water in the morning and many glasses of water during the day. Eat such fruits and vegetables, which have large amount of, water for example grapes and brokly. The symptoms of dehydration are headache, constipation and fatigue. The deficiency of water thickens your blood and increases stickiness which can cause stone in kidney ,heart attack and paralysis.
    You must have heard that ‘Excess of everything is bad.’ If you drink more than 4 liters of water it will cause the deficiency of sodium, which is very dangerous.
    It is a common concept that soft water is better than heavy water. According to a recent research of Fun land the heavy water has a large amount of minerals. It helps to avoid heart diseases.
