Now Huma locks lips with Emraan in an erotic love scene

Both Huma Qureshi and Emraan Hashmi got a tad nervous before shooting an intimate scene for 'Ek Thi Daayan'
Shooting for intimate scenes may be a child's game for Emraan Hashmi but for his co-star Huma Qureshi, it proved to be quite tough to get the act going. And incidentally somehow her discomfort happened to rub off on Emraan as well.

Huma, who plays Emraan's wife in a film, apparently had to shoot an erotic scene with the actor.

A source says, `Huma was aware of the scene where she has to get intimate with her husband and even lock lips. It was an integral part of the story and she was fine it.` The source adds, `Emraan too became nervous. However he made her comfortable. After a couple of retakes, it came out well.`Director Kanan Iyer feels such scenes are just part and parcel of films and not much should be made out ofthem. It is just yet another scene for us although I too was apprehensive. But we should treat it like a regular action or comedy scene. And as far as nervousness is concerned, I feel it is normal. While doing emotionally high-strung scenes, every actor feels nervous for the first time, ` he says.

Yoga may aid people with irregular heart rhythm

(Reuters Health) Approved yoga classes could advice humans with a accepted affection accent botheration administer their affection while aswell convalescent their accompaniment of mind, a new abstraction suggests.
According to the American Affection Association, about 2.7 actor humans in the U.S. accept atrial fibrillation (AF), in which the heart's high accommodation convulsion chaotically instead of application normally.

People with AF are generally assigned drugs such as beta blockers to advice ascendancy their affection amount and rhythm. But the medicines don't allay affection for all patients, advisers acclaimed - which is area add-ons like yoga could appear in.
"This may be something they should consider," said W. Todd Cade, a concrete analysis researcher from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
"Yoga could be a benign analysis for humans with atrial fibrillation. Obviously they should allocution to their doctor afore they alpha a program," Cade, who wasn't complex in the new research, told Reuters Health.
"There are a lot of added allowances of yoga, and there aren't a lot of negatives," he added.
The new abstraction included 49 humans who'd had AF for an boilerplate of 5 years. For three months, advisers led by Dr. Dhanunjaya Lakkireddy from the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City tracked abstraction volunteers' affection affection and their claret burden and affection rate, as able-bodied as their anxiety, abasement and accepted superior of life.
For the added appearance of the study, the aforementioned participants went to accumulation yoga classes at atomic alert a anniversary for an added three months, afresh advertisement on their affection and superior
of life.

All of the patients were on abiding medications throughout the abstraction period.
Nonetheless, the amount of times they appear affection agitation - which was accepted by a affection adviser - alone from about four times during the aboriginal three months to alert during the yoga action phase. Their boilerplate affection amount aswell fell from 67 beats per minute at the alpha of the abstraction to amid 61 and 62 bpm post-yoga.
Participants' all-overs array beneath from an boilerplate of 34, on a calibration of 20 to 80, to 25 afterwards three months of yoga. Abasement and accepted brainy bloom bigger as well, Lakkireddy and his colleagues appear Wednesday in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
"People feel added empowered, they feel better, they feel stronger," Cade said. "There are apparently a lot of allowances of the yoga besides on atrial fibrillation."
Lakkireddy told Reuters Bloom that to be helpful, yoga has to be congenital into circadian activity - not just best up for a few months at a time.
He said humans with AF shouldn't apprehend a cure, but that approved yoga may accomplish their arrhythmia "more tolerable" and abate visits to the emergency allowance if affection blaze up.
"A lot of humans ask, 'Can I just do yoga and do annihilation else?'" Lakkireddy said. "I anticipate that's the amiss access to take. Yoga is not a cure in itself... it is a acceptable accessory to what abroad these patients should be doing.

Cade said approaching studies could attending at whether yoga ability advice humans with AF cautiously cut aback on some of their medications.
Still, he noted, the aftereffect of yoga apparent actuality wasn't "huge," and any accessible allowances a allotment of affection patients will charge to be accepted - and bigger explained - in added research.
Dr. Renato Lopes, who studies AF at the Duke Clinical Analysis Institute in Durham, North Carolina, agreed, abacus that based on these findings, it's cryptic absolutely how yoga ability plan in the physique to advance symptoms.
"We absolutely would like to see a randomized, well-controlled abstraction to absolutely be able to appraise the analysis aftereffect of yoga in patients with atrial fibrillation," said Lopes, who wasn't allotment of the analysis team.
"Yoga is something that seems to be a acceptable affair to do, behindhand of if you accept (AF)," he told Reuters Health. But, "To accomplish a academic advocacy for patients with (AF) to do yoga, just based on this study, seems to be a little bit abortive for me."

Swift warned about dating younger men

Taylor Swift has been advised to date older men.
The 23-year-old country music darling has a reputation for being a serial dater and most recently broke it off with 18-year-old One Direction singer Harry Styles.

The British boy band star was the latest in a string of failed romances for the star.
Taylor has been linked to Joe Jonas, Conor Kennedy, Taylor Lautner, Jake Gyllenhaal and notorious lothario John Mayer.
Relationship expert Dr. Jenn Berman told America’s OK! magazine she’s not surprised Taylor’s relationships have been so short-lived because most of the men she’s dated are young and probably immature.
'I think that probably she needs someone older than her and someone successful [who understands] the business she’s in. Probably someone who is creative, but not necessarily that’s not all that they do. She could use someone who is stable and well planted,' Dr. Berman said.
The television personality, who features on VH1 show Couples Therapy, also warned Taylor about keeping her relationships out of the media.
She suggests the singer should stop writing songs about her love interests because she is alienating an entire pool of potential suitors by going public with her qualms.
'Creatively speaking I think it’s brilliant!' she said.
'In terms of relationships, that’s not such a great idea because I think that a lot of guys who might date her would feel worried about how public this is going to be. I also think that with celebrities there is a certain expectation that someone you date is not going to speak of you in the tabloids or in the media and that’s your hope, but I think you don’t get it have it both ways.'
Taylor has yet to comment on the remarks.

Men: conversations you need to have with your partner now

By: Hugh Wilson
They say ignorance is bliss, but if you're getting serious with a new partner, there are some things you really need to talk about right now.
The early days of a relationship can fly past in a flurry of lust, laughter and fun. By the time you surface for air, you're six months in and officially 'attached'.
Which is wonderful, of course. But it's at the 'getting serious' stage that you also need to start planning for a future together, rather than just letting it happen. Being spontaneous is fine in some areas, but a recipe for disaster in others.
If you're in a committed and hopefully long-term relationship and you haven't discussed the following

four key issues, now's the time to do it. Here are the conversations you need to have with your partner right away.
Money
At some early-ish stage in your relationship - before getting hitched, certainly, and probably before moving in together too - you need to talk money. No, it's not very romantic, but it is very necessary.
According to one recent study, one in four couples argue about money, so it's best for everyone to be open and honest from the start, and clear about your respective financial situations.
Getting a large debt out into the open is better now than later, when you might be planning to buy a house or have a baby.
Money can be a sensitive subject, but according to social psychologist Dr Alicia Renedo: "For women it is natural to want openness about money in a relationship." In other words, if you approach it with tact it's a conversation she'll be happy to have.
So what do we mean by tact? Most importantly, remember that you're talking about your mutual financial situation ("Can we afford to do this?" "Should we save for this?" "How much have we got in savings?"), emphasising the sense that you're in it together.
You don't have to come to any major conclusions during the money conversation: the important thing is that you have it at all. But relationship therapist Elly Prior says what you're looking to find out is if you're happy with how your partner spends her money (and vice versa of course), that you agree on some basic financial goals, and that - based on those factors - you'd be happy to share your financial assets with her.
If you diverge on any of those fundamentals, it's not a deal breaker but it might be better to take a step back from any serious decisions on your future together, at least for the moment.
Work
In those early, gleeful weeks of a relationship, very little gets in the way of hot dates or long, leisurely mornings in bed. But that might not be the case forever, and you both have to get some idea of what your relationship will be like when the fires of new romance are dampened down.
One way to do it is to talk about work. You're going to have a very different kind of relationship with a career-driven workaholic than you would with someone who values work life balance above everything. How much time you spend together, and how much you spend apart, is very much dependent on your mutual attitude to work.
You'll have some inkling, of course. "If someone is clearly ambitious and right from the start makes choices which are more focused on work than the relationship, then there is a message there," says Prior. Choose to ignore such messages at your peril. Instead, talk explicitly about your mutual ambitions, and what it might mean for your life together.
But remember, there is no right or wrong here. You may value your career, while she has a more relaxed approach to work. Both positions are perfectly valid and you should approach the conversation with that in mind.
The first thing you might learn from such a conversation is if there are any nasty surprises in store. Does she think she'll need to move town for her job, for example?
"Because in that instance if you are wedded to your family and friends or your home and don't like moving around, then you need to be sure what your partner's expectations are," says Prior.
This conversation is largely about preparation. If it turns out she values work life balance and you are anxious to climb the corporate ladder at all costs (or vice versa), you'll both have to be prepared to compromise. In your case, it means making sure work never comes before scheduled time together.
Values
OK, so you're a free market capitalist and she believes in re-nationalising the utilities. You can probably both live with that - and differences of opinion like it - as long as neither of you are too evangelical about it.
On the other hand, you don't want to fall in love only to find that The One has views you find offensive. Areas like race, religion and abortion can be a powder keg waiting to blow your perfect romance right out of the water.
Still, it's best not to approach a conversation on values, ethics or politics directly. You certainly don't want her to think she's being sounded out for views you find distasteful. A few general chats in the pub should be enough to gauge her mindset.
Prior says what you're aiming to find out "is whether you're happy with your partner's values and beliefs", and not necessarily whether you agree with them. "Just that they're going to be manageable for you in the long-term."
Most of the time people with strong and controversial views are happy to spout them. If she has very firm opinions you'll soon get to know about them, and the next move will be up to you.
Children
She really wants them, and you really don't. She hates the idea of kids, and you can't contemplate the idea of life without a family.
"Either way, this can be an absolute deal breaker," says Prior. "I have seen too many couples that got married hoping that a partner would change their mind at some point and they didn't."
You may have an inkling of her position already, but this really is the time to get everything out in the open. "Start with saying: 'Now that we are thinking about getting serious (or moving in together or whatever it might be), I am really interested in your thoughts about a few things that really matter to me'," advises Prior. Make children top of the list.
Really, there's no wriggle room here. If you are poles apart, it might be best to get out now before you get in too deep.
Of course, you may be at a stage in life when strong opinions one way or the other are yet to form. Even so, if you're getting serious you at least need to know that she has not made a firm decision either way.
If you're both undecided, it's still good to talk things through. If you're on completely different pages - well, it's best to know now rather than a year or two further down the line, when you're emotionally entwined more tightly than today.
You don't have to have these conversations tomorrow, or all at the same time. But you do need to gauge her thoughts on these important issues before you entangle your lives in a more serious way, by moving in together, getting engaged or even trying for a baby.
Because remember, tactful, respectful, open communication is the key to all good partnerships.

Rare pygmy elephants 'poisoned' in Borneo

A baby elephant was found next to the body of its dead mother

There are thought to be fewer than 1,500 Borneo pygmy elephants in the wild
Ten endangered pygmy elephants have been found dead in a reserve in Malaysia, with officials saying they may have been poisoned.

The animals, which had all suffered internal bleeding, were found near each other over the space of three weeks. In one instance, a three month-old calf was found alongside the body of its mother, apparently trying to wake her.Sabah Environmental Minister Masidi Manjun said it was a sad day for conservation and Sabah.
Sen Nathan, head veterinarian at the Gunung Rara Forest Reserve in Malaysia's Sabah state on the island of Borneo, said the elephants were all thought to be part of the same family group and were aged between four and 20.The bodies of four were found last week but then officials found another four animals dead or dying two days later.Laurentius Ambu, Sabah's wildlife department director said two highly decomposed elephant carcasses had been found earlier in the year.We believe that all the deaths of these elephants are related he said. The animals still had their tusks, indicating that they had not been killed by poachers, and none had gunshot wounds.Samples have been sent for testing, but Mr Nathan said the damage evident in the elephants' digestive systems had led officials to highly suspect acute poisoning. Tests will confirm whether they could have been deliberately poisoned. It was actually a very sad sight to see all those dead elephants, especially one of the dead females who had a very young calf of about three months old. The calf was trying to wake the dead mother up he said. The WWF estimates that there are fewer than 1,500 Borneo pygmy elephants in the wild most of them in Sabah state. They are the smallest elephant subspecies, with babyish faces, long tails and straight tusks. They are threatened by logging, hunting and increasing contact with humans.
Mr Masidi said the death of "these majestic and severely endangered Bornean elephants is a great loss to the state. If indeed these poor elephants were maliciously poisoned I would personally make sure that the culprits would be brought to justice and pay for their crime he said.

Syria crisis: Brahimi warns horror is 'unprecedented'

The conflict in Syria has reached "unprecedented levels of horror", peace envoy Lakhdar Brahimi has told the UN Security Council. The UN-Arab League envoy said Syria was being destroyed "bit by bit" with grave consequences for the wider region.

He was speaking hours after evidence emerged of a fresh massacre in the northern city of Aleppo.

At least 71 bodies were found by a river in the western Bustan al-Qasr district, opposition activists said.

Most had their hands tied behind their backs and gunshot wounds to the head.

Mr Brahimi has been trying to find a solution to the crisis based on a peace plan approved at an international conference in June 2012.

The UN says the conflict has left more than 60,000 people dead.

The BBC's Barbara Plett at the UN says Mr Brahimi delivered a blunt assessment of the situation in Syria that reflected his frustration with the deadlock in the Security Council.

"Unprecedented levels of horror have been reached. The tragedy does not have an end," Mr Brahimi told a closed meeting of the 15-member council, according to diplomats.

"The country is breaking up before everyone's eyes. Only the international community can help, and first and foremost the Security Council."

Speaking later to reporters, Mr Brahimi said the Syrian government and the opposition were, between them, destroying Syria "bit by bit".

"The region is being pushed into a situation that is extremely bad," he said.

"That is why I believe the Security Council simply cannot continue to say: 'We are in disagreement, therefore let's wait for better times.' I think they have to grapple with this problem now."
Gruesome discovery

The UN Security Council has been divided over Syria for months.

The US, UK, France and other Western powers have pushed for resolutions that threaten sanctions against President Bashar al-Assad's government.

However, Russia and China have vetoed such resolutions three times. Moscow - a close ally of Syria - also refuses to back calls for Mr Assad to step down.

Earlier, video footage of the gruesome discovery in Aleppo was posted by activists on YouTube.

It showed a large number of bodies strewn in and around the banks of the Quwaiq river, which skirts the western side of Aleppo.

The bodies were caked in mud and showed signs of rigor mortis. There were also signs of blood having poured from many of the heads.

The government and opposition have blamed each other for the killings.

The district of Bustan al-Qasr has been hotly contested since fighting broke out in Aleppo last July, correspondents say.

Dozens Of Young Men Dead Bodies Found in Sayria

Syria crisis: 'Bodies of executed men' found in Aleppo
The bodies of dozens of young men, all apparently summarily executed, have been found in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, rebels and activists say.At least 65 bodies were found on the banks of the Quwaiq river in the western district of Bustan al-Qasr, the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported.
Most had their hands tied behind their backs and gunshot wounds to the head.
Video footage of the gruesome discovery was posted by activists on YouTube.

It showed a large number of bodies strewn in and around the banks of the Quwaiq, which skirts the western side of Aleppo.

The bodies were caked in grey mud and showed signs of rigor mortis. There were also signs of blood having poured from many of the heads.

Rigor mortis, a stiffening of the limbs of a corpse, begins around three hours after death, peaks at around 12 hours and is completely dissipated some two days later.
Hotly contested

A captain in the rebel Free Syrian Army said some of those who had been killed were just teenagers.

He told the AFP news agency that many bodies were still in the water and the death toll might rise to 100.

One volunteer helping to load bodies on to a lorry said there was no identification on the bodies.

People were gathering at the bank to see if they could find their missing relatives, AFP reported.

"My brother disappeared weeks ago when he was crossing [through] the regime-held zone, and we don't know where he is or what has become of him," said Mohammed Abdul Aziz.

The district of Bustan al-Qasr has been hotly contested since fighting broke out in Aleppo last July, the BBC's Jim Muir reports from Beirut.

Aleppo had largely been spared the conflict until that point.

Since July, the city has been more or less divided equally between government and rebel forces, with neither side apparently able to push the other out, despite constant clashes, our correspondent adds.

Sarai Sierra: New York Woman Missing in Turkey Took Several Side Trips Before She Disappeared

Sarai Sierra, the New York mother who disappeared in Turkey while on a solo trip, took several side excursions out of the country, but stayed in contact with her family the entire time, a family friend told A

Turkish media reported today that police were trying to establish why Sierra visited Amsterdam and Munich. Police were also trying to establish the identity of a man Sierra, 33, was chatting with on the Internet, according to local media.

Rachel Norman, a family friend, said the man was a group tour guide from the Netherlands and said Sierra stayed in regular touch with her family in New York.

Steven Sierra, Sarai's husband, and David Jimenez, her brother, arrived in Istanbul today to aid in the search.

The men have been in contact with officials from the U.S. consulate in the country and plan to meet with them as soon as they open on Tuesday, Norman said.

After that, she said Sierra and Jimenez would meet with Turkish officials to discuss plans and search efforts.

Sarai Sierra was supposed to fly back to the United States on Jan. 22, but she never showed up for her flight home.

Her two boys, ages 11 and 9, have not been told their mother is missing.

Sierra, an avid photographer, left New York on Jan. 7. It was her first overseas trip, and she decided to go ahead after a friend had to cancel, her family said.

"It was her first time outside of the United States, and every day while she was there she pretty much kept in contact with us, letting us know what she was up to, where she was going, whether it be through texting or whether it be through video chat, she was touching base with us," Steven Sierra told ABC News before he departed for Istanbul.

But when it came time to pick her up from Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, Sierra wasn't on board her scheduled flight.

Steven Sierra called United Airlines and was told his wife had never boarded the flight home.

Further investigation revealed she had left her passport, clothes, phone chargers and medical cards in her room at a hostel in Beyoglu, Turkey, he said.

The family is suspicious and said it is completely out of character for the happily married mother, who met her husband in church youth group, to disappear.

The U.S. Embassy in Turkey and the Turkish National Police are involved in the investigation, WABC-TV reported.

"They've been keeping us posted, from my understanding they've been looking into hospitals and sending out word to police stations over there," Steven Sierra said. "Maybe she's, you know, locked up, so they are doing what they can."

Porn Appears in Twitter's New Vine App

But some of those short videos began to include pornography.Twitter's Vine, an app that allows you to create six-second videos, launched late last week to much excitement. Within hours, thousands of people on
Twitter were tweeting short videos. Vinepeek, a new site that lets you watch streams of so-called Vines from around the world, even sprang up Over the weekend technology websites, including Business Insider, The Verge and TechCrunch reported that a search for "#porn" in the new app brought up many videos with hardcore porn.

Vine says that users can report this content and the video will be covered with a warning message. "Users can report videos as inappropriate within the product if they believe the content to be sensitive or inappropriate (e.g. nudity, violence, or medical procedures)," Twitter said in a statement to ABC News. "Videos that have been reported as inappropriate have a warning message that a viewer must click through before viewing the video.More: Vinepeek.com: An Unmoderated Glimpse Into Life Around the World
Twitter and Vine said they will only remove the video if it violates its guidelines. "Uploaded videos that are reported and determined to violate our guidelines will be removed from the site, and the user account that posted the video may be terminated," Twitter said. Vine's Terms of Service does not explicitly say anything about pornography or nudity. A search by ABC News for #porn within the app brought up at least 10 pornographic clips, many of which were not covered up by the warning message. To make matters worse, this morning a pornographic video containing images of oral sex was marked as an "Editor's Choice" in the Vine app. Twitter apologized in a statement: "A human error resulted in a video with adult content becoming one of the videos in Editor's Picks, and upon realizing this mistake we removed the video immediately. We apologize to our users for the error.Users noticed the misplaced and pornographic video. Many tweeted about the issue and one user complained in a review in Apple's App Store: "If my kids got a hold of this I would be so mad. There is no way to block users or make sure unwanted videos stay off.The review brings up issues surrounding the app's presence in Apple's App Store. Apple has long limited apps with pornography. Just last week it pulled the 500px photo-sharing app because of complaints about nudity. The app was removed from the App Store for featuring pornographic images and material, a clear violation of our guidelines," Apple's Tom Neumayr said in a statement to ABC News last week. "We also received customer complaints about possible child pornography. We've asked the developer to put safeguards in place to prevent pornographic images and material in their app.Vine, however, has been one of the top apps in the App Store since it was released last week, receiving Apple's Editor's Choice award. It is rated 12+, for teenagers or older, with a warning of "infrequent/mild sexual content or nudity." 500px was able to resubmit its app after putting stricter filtering settings in place and adjusting the rating of the app
